Yes! You can enjoy swimming and working out while wearing your House of Destiny raw hair with proper care.

• Before swimming, saturate the hair with fresh water and apply a leave-in conditioner to help minimize chlorine or saltwater absorption.

• Wear a swim cap whenever possible for added protection.

• After swimming or exercising, wash the hair with a sulfate-free shampoo followed by a moisturizing conditioner to remove chlorine, salt, sweat, and product buildup.

• Never go to bed with wet hair. Allow your hair to air dry completely or blow dry on a low heat setting before sleeping.

• Protect your hair at night with a satin bonnet or scarf to help maintain its quality and extend its lifespan.

At House of Destiny, we take pride in providing premium-quality raw hair. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds.

We gladly accept returns for store credit only if your request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The hair must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The security ties, tags, and packaging must remain intact.

• The hair must not have been worn, installed, washed, colored, cut, or otherwise altered.

Once a product has been opened, worn, installed, or altered, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was received or the product arrived damaged. Once your return is inspected and approved, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount, excluding any original shipping fees.
