Yes! You can enjoy swimming and working out while wearing your House of Destiny raw hair with proper care.

• Before swimming, saturate the hair with fresh water and apply a leave-in conditioner to help minimize chlorine or saltwater absorption.

• Wear a swim cap whenever possible for added protection.

• After swimming or exercising, wash the hair with a sulfate-free shampoo followed by a moisturizing conditioner to remove chlorine, salt, sweat, and product buildup.

• Never go to bed with wet hair. Allow your hair to air dry completely or blow dry on a low heat setting before sleeping.

• Protect your hair at night with a satin bonnet or scarf to help maintain its quality and extend its lifespan.

Approved returns are eligible for House of Destiny Store Credit only. Store credit is issued as a unique one-time discount code equal to the full amount paid for the approved returned item(s). The discount code may be applied toward any future purchase, including shipping charges, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer.

To qualify for a return:

• The hair must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The hair must not have been worn, installed, washed, colored, cut, brushed, or otherwise altered.

• Once a product has been opened, worn, installed, or altered, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the incorrect item was received or the product arrived damaged.

• Bundle Collections must be returned in their entirety. Individual bundles from a Bundle Collection are not eligible for partial returns or store credit.

• Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your House of Destiny Store Credit will be issued via email as a unique one-time discount code for the full amount paid, including any original shipping charges.
